Many a times we all need this type ofa hug….

wow…Islam is a way of life…not something we do on fridays, ramadhan or eid days…its the way we breath, eat, move, think…conciously and unconciously…
I thank You Allah for blessing me abundantly, iam grateful for all your blessings.Iam trully sorry for all my shortcommings..sometimes i dont realise how lucky iam to even be a muslim..but iam human, forgive me.
Ya Allah, heal (hoyo/habaryar)Aunty Anab, cleanse the cancer out of her uterus, make her illness as a way of ërasing her sins.Bless her, admit her into Jannatul firdos, shine nur upon her grave, expand it for her.
She is the switest person i know, a devout servant to You, Loyal to her friends and us her family, a comforter, a friend, an aunt, a grandmother…i cant deny that the fear of losing her has engriped me and every member of the family..so i try to prepare myself but no one can ever be prepared to lose a loved one….how does one do that??
This was an entry in my journal before she past away..today i was flipping through the pages of ‘Fortification of the Muslim’ and came across this dua
Inna lillahi wa -inna illaihi raaji -un
Allahumma ajurni fi musiibati wa- khlufli kairan minha
‘Verily we belong to Allah, and trully to Him we shall return.O’ Allah! Give me reward for my calamity and compesate me with that which is better’.
Anybody who has ever lost a loved one knows how it feels..how when everyone is gone and you are alone thinking, trying to absorb the fact that you ll never see them or hear their voice again..its heartbreaking lakin as muslims we all knw ‘kullu nafsuun daa iqatul mauwt’..May Allah give everyone who has lost their loved ones samir and imaan to go on inshAllah.Amin.
